How to identify fake interview candidates?

What are some tell tale signs of a candidate faking the interview ?

I’m actively hiring for many software engineering positions and have noticed a frustrating tendency in recent. Several candidates offered credentials and LinkedIn accounts that were questionable or even falsified. In one case, a candidate unintentionally joined a call using the name of a previous application.

I have seen this too, most of these resumes will have same company experience , those companies doesn’t exist as well.
