The news is clear: companies like OpenAI and Anthropic are aggressively hiring for AI Deployment Managers, Solutions Architects, and ML/Generative AI specialists. The message from leaders is, “The job is shifting from just writing code to asking the right questions and defining the ‘what’ and ‘why’ of a problem. AI can already handle much of the ‘how’.”
